Leverage multi-modal AI agents for cross-platform task management and content publishing.
3. User Responsibilities

Keep your wallet address, private keys, and other credentials secure.

4. Intellectual Property
a. Content Ownership
Content you create using ModalAI (e.g., music, videos) remains your intellectual property. By creating or uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
b. Platform IP
All software, algorithms, designs, and technologies powering ModalAI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
5. Tokens and Transactions
a. $MELAI Tokens
$MODALAI tokens are used within the ModalAI ecosystem for rewards, incentives, and access to premium features.
$MODALAI tokens have no inherent monetary value outside the ecosystem and are not intended to serve as an investment.
You acknowledge that token rewards, halving schedules, and other token-related mechanics are subject to change.
b. Blockchain Transactions
All transactions involving $MODALAI or other blockchain-based assets are recorded on a public blockchain and are irreversible. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wallet address and transaction details.
Transaction fees ("gas fees") are not controlled by ModalAI and must be paid by the user.
